Full disclosure, Beth Bauman is one of my favorite friends on the planet. Smart, funny, and supportive, she is also a truly superb writer. (Beautiful Girls, a collection of wonderful, literary stories, was her first book.) Now, she's coming out with a YA, Rosie Skate and I love the cover so much, I keep staring at it. The colors are perfect--as anyone who has been to a beach town knows. I cannot wait to read it, and I think everyone should order a copy at their favorite indie store or on line.
