Calling all technies

I got Dreamweaver for my new Mac and have been updating my website. I finished today, but when I tried to upload the pages, nothing is happening! I'm connected to the remote server and it looks like the files are going somewhere, but when I refresh the pages on the website, it is the same old files. Does anyone have any idea what I am doing wrong? I am on the verge of screamdom so any help from a Dreamweaver or website pro would be appreciated.

I never use DW for uploading files... I always use a third party FTP client... Filezilla is free and that's what you should use. You have to make sure your files are going into the public html folder...so you have to find where your original files are and then replace them there... Filezilla is good and easy to use...just use DW to develop... not to manage your remote site...

I wish I could help...but I got a dot MAC account and use i-web, because it is so damn easy to use and manage. I'm not so savvy with the technology!

Good luck...let us know when it is up and running!
