Happy blueberry 4th
This delicious looking blueberry pie is about to go in the oven, and it is courtesy of Coconut and Lime, one of my favorite blogs. I think the plastic Japanese monsters add a festive touch.
You can also make pie?!!! When do you find the time! It looks delicious. I have always wanted to be able to make pie, but I have yet to succeed. It seems like the perfect dessert for fresh fruit.
So easy. The filling is just fresh blueberries, lemon juice, some sugar, cinnamon, ginger, and cornstarch. And I bought ready made organic pie crust--two of them, and cut one into strips and used the other one. Now i want to make peach pie!
